Total scam, and nepotism at it's s finest. I spent thousands of dollars on new tires and a lowering kit, The tires were never balanced and the shackles were not only used and wrong, but installed backward which messed up my ride as well as the new tires. And when I asked for the problem to be fixed and or refunded... Silence. From my understanding owner of the property has his son running it now, so the old school customer satisfaction is gone and lack of integrity is embarrassing.

Needed two of my tires checked for slow leaks, the workers were polite and service was quick. The whole place was clean, even outside where they work on your car. The waiting area was also clean and had A/C along with tv's to keep you entertained. The wait was short and they let me know my tires were still good but might be time to change them soon (after I mentioned the amount of driving I do) and they told me how much I can expect to pay for a new set without trying to force me to buy them. Awesome service, good pricing and people, this will be my go to tire shop from now on.

I had had my tires filled this morning at my regular tire shop near my home and apparently they didn't get one of the valve caps on good and it caused the leak. Things like that happen from time to time. I assumed that I had ran over something or had some other problem pulled into tires r Us and the young gentleman took good care of me from the start took my tire off took it back and run it through the water did everything to try to find the leak and I thought about it and thought maybe that valve cap thingy had gone bad and sure enough it had so we got the tire back on and everything is good. He probably messed with it for about 20 minutes or 25 tried to charge me only $5 and I gave him $10 because it was worth it the way he jumped on it stuck with it till we figured the problem out and put it back. We had a great conversation and I learned some stuff about tools from him that I didn't know. Sometimes it's amazing what an old guy can learn from young guy. I would recommend this place to anyone without any reservations. Overall had a very good experience here and we'll go back when I'm in the area...

I just bought a set of 22s for my truck about 2 weeks ago. I went to get a lift kit on my truck and the installer could not get any of the lug nits off. They said they were super over tightened. I told the installer that they used cordless impact to tighten them and he said thats not the right way. Now I have 3 broken lugs, no lift kit and what am i supposed to do in the case of a flat tire??
